Cardio For Proper Heart Rate And Weight Loss

Cardio is best known for its ability to help you lose weight, stay healthy, and promote good health. We all know this basic information about cardio performance to high heart rate. The problem, however, is that many people do not understand the four basic reasons for cardio, in terms of identifying the various goals of fitness for high heart rate.

You need to have an understanding of how to pinpoint the highest heart rate and how to get the most out of your fitness goals. So, let me give you four main goals that people have when it comes to cardio.

How To Calculate Your High Heart Rate

Now the big problem is that most people don’t know how to calculate their high heart rate. This is where I want to explain how you can do it well and which approach you should follow. Now to calculate your heart rate, there are two different meanings for you to calculate.

Either you are a man, or you are a woman. So for men, you need to subtract your age from 220, and follow the steps I will explain later in the article. For a woman, you will subtract your age from 227 and follow the steps I will describe.

Proper heartbeat for General Health

Many people strive daily to reach even the minimum daily amount of exercise required to maintain a basic, complete life. Many of us are below the standard of living and need to grow more if we want to live a long, healthy life.

So, how do you maintain a good overall health with cardio, and how do you calculate it to know you are doing well? Ideally for maintaining a basic, healthy lifestyle, you need to do enough cardio based on your high heart rate.

It is recommended that you exercise for 40 minutes a day at 50% of your maximum heart rate if you want to maintain a healthy life with little or no problems.

Perfect Health

So how do you calculate 50% of your maximum heart rate? Just do what I said earlier and subtract your age from 220 if you are a man, and 227 if you are a woman, then subtract 50% from that number.

For example, I am a 19 year old boy so I would subtract 19 from 220, which would be 201. Then I add 201 to 5, which for you non-maths, would be equivalent to taking 50% of 201. Then I calculate it and realize that 100.5 will need to be my maximum heart rate that I exercise for 40 minutes a day.

Basically, if I want to maintain good health, I can do cardio 40 minutes a day with a maximum heart rate of 100.5. This is how I can count to see if I am getting the right results for my basic, complete cardio exercise to maintain a healthy, complete life.

This method should calculate your maximum heart rate daily so that you do not lose weight, but to maintain a healthy lifestyle that promotes longevity. We will get into what you need to lose weight in just a second.

Proper Heart Rate for Weight Loss

The key question for many people who want to lose weight is, “How do I lose weight effectively with cardio?” Many people do cardio, but they do not do well or do not exercise properly to indicate their high heart rate.

However, there is an easy way to calculate it so that you know if you are doing enough cardio, it is hard enough to lose a lot of body fat. The recommended amount of cardio you need to do to successfully lose as much fat as possible, doing 40 minutes of cardio exercises 5-6 days a week.

While that may sound simple, there is another side to the high rate of heart rate. You should calculate how much you need to work on that allotted time to get rid of body fat quickly. Therefore, in addition to doing cardio 40 minutes 5-6 days a week, you need to exercise at 65 percent of your maximum heart rate. Easy?

Now how do you calculate to know if you are working hard enough to get rid of body fat? All you have to do is remove your age from 220 if you are a man, or subtract your age from 227 if you are a woman.

Once you have done that, then take 65% of that last number and that is the number your heart rate should be. This is the number your heart rate you need to have during a full-time cardio workout, if you really want to lose body fat very quickly and naturally.

This method requires you to calculate your heart rate daily to reduce the weight you wish to lose.
