Lynda Jean Cordova Carter was an American actor, singer, and songwriter. She is also a model, and songwriter from the United States. She was born on the 24th of July 1951, in Phoenix. She was awarded first place in the regional Arizona beauty contest. She also was recognized as a national star when she won Miss World USA in 1972.
In the worldwide Miss World 1972 pageant, she placed in the top 15 representing America. The United States. In the early 1970s, Carter was a student at several theater schools. She made her debut being featured on the show’s 1974 drama Nakia called Roots of Anger.
